The person who is the owner and he only come and fit the water purifier is horrible. Not at all professional. I purchased a water filter last 4month back and after 2mnths problems started. Since then I am continously following the person. He is least bother about my complaint and everytime telling today I will come. I already filed a complaint in consumer forum but they are asking company email Id which is not there in slip. Don't ever buy any product from this company.

Terrible. Guys replaced the filter on 31st July. Couldn't test it since there was no power. The warning for replacing filter continues. Technician who came to fix doesn't answer phone or says he is busy! Plan to file a complaint with the consumer forum
