Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Worst experience of my life with a money-changer! They played a game of making faked calls to pressurise me into exchanging foreign currency at a rate INR 1.30 lower than the market rate, after spinning a tale that the currency had depreciated, etc. When challenged, they misbehaved. I'm shocked at the ease they enact in fooling a likely customer, just because they think that the customer is in their clutches at that vulnerable point of time. Please take full precautions if at all you go to them!!
