Bathra Furniture Medavakkam Chennai

I bought a set of chair and table from the gowriwakkam branch. Then later had to return one of the chair for servicing..they asked just a week to return it..later no response from them.... I had to run at their back for a month.. they do not care about the customer..atlast I got it done only when I called up the perumbakkam branch and escalated. The gowriwakkam branch employees are very bad at customer service. They never share their owners number also and keep dragging things. Had a very bad experience
