Experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience, and advanced training in Hatha Yog approach. I began teaching yoga in 2008 after becoming certified to teach through the Patanjali Yogpeeth. Since then, I have lead 3 teacher training and have taught in more than 100+ yoga camps. Through my own years of refinement, practice, and education I believe yoga can be for everyone. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain flexibility, improve your fitness, or challenge yourself physically and mentally. Yoga is a great addition to any lifestyle or exercise regimen. As a yoga teacher trainer and instructor, I am committed to providing extensive instruction and counselling to my students, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self.
