The joint venture company has a 74% stake from Bharti and 26% stake of the AXA Group. The organization commenced national operations in August 2008 and currently has 59 branch offices across the country. It is the first organization in the general insurance industry to receive dual certifications of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 within the first year of operations in 2009 and subsequently the certification has been renewed in 2012 for further 3 years.

Opted a medical insurance policy of 3lacs value from this company. The yearly premium for the policy is around Rs.5000. The policy has very great benefits and their service was also excellent. I am contented with their service.

For me and my family I have covered with health insurance through this service provider, I have taken a coverage of 4 lakhs rupees, I have paid annual premium of Rs.8400 and they have provided 25% cash back offer in annual premium if we did not avail the service in a year, they have provided all policy documents immediately as soft copy. I am overall satisfied with their prompt service.
