Booked ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore . Pickup point was mathikere. When I called the driver , he asked me to come to yashwantpur I had child who is below 6 year and it was heavily raining. He was not ready to pick from the pickup point even after requesting so much Avoid traveling in this bus. Very bad service.

The travel agency guy was a horrible person. I booked my tickets for Bangalore to Mangalore. I chose Majestic as my boarding point. It was a rainy night and there was horrible traffic in Blore. I travelled all the way from Mysore road to Majestic and the travels guy asked me to board the bus at Gandhinagar. I took an auto and waited at Gandhinagar from 9 pm-10:30 pm. The driver calls me and tells me that they have been waiting for me at Majestic since 10 pm. The travel guy had rescheduled my timings and boarding point by sending an SMS. When I called the travels guy at 10:15 he didnt answer my call. Later he calls me and blasts at me for God knows what, and uses a horrible abusive language. Looks like this piece of trash needs to learn how to talk to women. It was bloody 10:45 pm in the night and I had to take another auto and go back to Majestic and walk all the way (almost a km) till the bus cz there were almost 30-35 buses in a line. For vehicle rentals,was looking for good travel service.Then got service from Canara pinto travels and got arrangements from here.Their arrangements was fast and nice.Paid reasonable amount for them and satisfied with their service.
