Worst experience ever. I placed an order for mosaic tiles and gave specific measurements to the owner Ms. Kishori. She miscalculated the measurement and i received half the quantity of tiles that i needed after three weeks of waiting! I informed her of the same at which point i was rudely told that it was IMPOSSIBLE she made such a mistake as she has been in the business for 30 years and i must have mistaken the measurement as she was incapable of such errors!! This is however ridiculous as i had given her the exact measurement of the area for which i required the tiles! I waited another three weeks to receive the remaining tiles i required. She refused to speed up the delivery process despite the entire mess being attributable to her. Eventually i received all the tiles but i was shocked to see that the tiles didn't match! I contacted the rude Ms. Kishori once more at which point she literally yelled at me in her typical mannerless way and told me that she couldn't help me!
