City View Guest House Lake Gardens Kolkata

Stayed in this City View Guest House for official purpose.room rent was nominal.i have stayed there for some times to take rest till my flight time..Rooms are very spacious and neat. This hotel has all facilities…their room service was very good..i am very glad for their service..

A STRONG PROTEST! I had checked in at this guest house with my husband since 30/8/2016 in room no. 101, my husband was there since 26/01/2016. We had come to Kolkata from Purulia for my daughters treatment. The manager here Mr.Gopal Bera is an ill mannered person and I felt very much insulted and humiliated by his rude behaviour as he insulted me in front of the entire hotel crew for no reason at all.I want to bring this to the notice of the owner of this guest house that your manager is spoiling the reputation of your hotel and his rude behaviour is a matter which should be taken to the consumer forum. Mr. OWNER KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. The other staff members are all very good people. The Room service here is good and they had also made arrangement for food for my diabetic husband. We had booked room 102 for 2 days for my ailing daughter and when I asked the manager to look into the working of AC and TV of room 102 he insulted me and told me to check out and that I am mad.
