i'm writing review to share my experience. Now, more then 11 Months I had signed contract with "Credessol creative Solutions" for my house construction. After many followup, its reached 20% of construction and around 8Lks stuck with them, which i may not get it back. I see engineers from Credessol are quieting, as they are not getting salary. Two main persons Nithin Ragav Sundar and Hari krishna running this company. Both will interact very sweetly and get the payments. I was so unfortunate to fall in there trap.

We got our new villa constructed by Nithin and his team. We were happy about his approach and honesty. He was very clear about the cost, materials and time to construct it. We were bit worried during the foundation stage as it seemed slow, later we got to know that the measurements were accurate and one of my friend who was constructing elsewhere joined us to review the progress. He said that Nithin?s team is precise when it comes to measurements or the geometry from the base itself. We were relieved. We have completed our villa and really happy to have this done by Nithin and his team. Very specific about designs, colors and choices! I will highly recommend them for anyone who is looking forward to have their services!!
