Quality of the construction is very poor. They do not care for quality, Construction getting delayed for no reason. They will over charge for no reason. Their painting contractor( Sri Ram) is awful . He paint exterior with Jadoo from neighbor's Terrace ! No Ladder ! No Joola ! No sarvy ! My Terrace Tile is popping up within a year . Now I have engaged different contractor for re-doing it. Our Parking Area is uneven a with water pond & looks like " Swimming Pool " . I am also planning to re-do the same. Wall has many cracks and I am in search of a contractor to rectify the same. Overall very poor quality work with zero planning for completion of work on time. For simplest of reason they put responsibility on other vendors and largely non-cooperative. Poor quality contractor.

It was satisfied work for Renovation.I had got 4 call details, out of four, this construction Business was secondarily as financially okay. Their quotation was okay, I am satisfied. Ground flore and first flore was to be renovated in to new modern style. The area was 100 to 500 sq ft.
