Founding Director after successful establishment of a fully residential Rastriya Defence Academy at Sundar Nagar (Himachal Pradesh) has set up ‘Dhwajj Defence Academy’ at Najafgarh, New Delhi. It is seen that majority of the youth from rural areas after 12th standards due to financial or some other reasons are not interested in pursuing their higher studies and are keen in taking on the Govt. Jobs. They aspire to find careers in Defence Forces or Para Military Forces but have neither adequate knowledge of exact selection procedures in Defence Forces nor have any good reputed organization available close by to give them right direction, motivation and provide necessary training.
