This business person was delayed for the service. This team provided us the Balloon Decoration service for our Corporate Launch Celebration. We enjoyed a lot with pleasant decoration and environment that they created that is very nice and stage, decorate also good. But they have given the estimate for Rs.10000 after completing the service at billing time they have requested for the need to pay Rs.11000 and plus amount. This Dream Organizers, Event, Satya Nagar in Bhubaneswar was done the average service.
