Ezi Drive Marathahalli Bangalore

My car was parked safely in front of my home when one of the drivers (Mr. Manju Rao) driving a Ford Figo, transferring the car from Ford service centre to the customer hit my parked vehicle causing serious damage to the vehicle (Maruti Vitara Brezza) I want to bring to your notice that he hit a stationary vehicle parked roadside - having utter disregard for the road traffic rules. AS the driver was not well off and didn't have any money and was planning to represent the state in some Football Competition outside India, no FIR was done against him. However, few representatives from EZI Drive contacted me and even though I was not at fault, they convinced me to claim insurance for the vehicle and remaining amount was supposed to be paid by the EZI Drive. They also transferred Rs. 10000 in my account as goodwill. but now they are not ready to pay for damages and not picking up my phone.

Very bad. Booked a driver yesterday night got the booking I'd 2503235. I have requested for driver for 6.00 AM. Now it is 6.45 AM no news yet. Very pathetic experience. Never experienced such a bad service before with EZI drive.

What outstanding service I received from this drive. I have rented tempo around the city and have never had such outstanding customer service anywhere.it was for an outstation trip near to the city and it was for one-day .the rent paid for the tempo was within my budget.I highly recommend this cabs as they are dependable, friendly, honest, and provide great service with a smile.

I wanted to share everyone about my travel experience with EZI Drive. EZI Drive customer service is very nice. They provided a very clean with good interior cab. They made me very comfortable ride from Bangalore to Chennai at lowest fares.

The most unreliable, unprofessional and discourteous service i have ever come across. I booked for a driver yesterday for 11.30am, till 11.00am there was no news or call from them. 'when i called it was first the recorded messages then when finally when i got to talk to the "executive" i was told there are no drivers available, and the earliest one would be available only at 12.45.This was the second time that they have let me down, never again will i use this service and will tell anyone who wants to use them just how terrible they are.

they give small auto s in rent. they give also for many days and for also a month.charges are also less.
