Hi, this company is not at all professional in its services and approach. I enrolled for a job seeker visa for Germany in October 2020 and was promised that my process would be completed within a year. It has been more than 18 months and still there is no clarity from their end. They keep reiterating that the embassy is closed in Mumbai but upon enquiry, it was confirmed by the German Consulate that they are functional. They filed by application in the wrong category due to which my application got further delayed. Now I'm totally fed up with them and their unprofessional services. They have a very callous attitude towards their customers and don't really care or bother about our time, money, and trust. As I'm totally frustrated with their approach, I asked back for my money as they had promised me a refund if they are unsuccessful at procuring my job seeker visa for Germany within the stipulated time. They have clearly denied giving me my money back and are giving an excuse for it.

They don't care about clients at all. The staff is not well versed with anything that you ask about. You will never get your money back. They don't have any job openings with employers based abroad.
