Freeze Control Ulsoor Bangalore

Two days back (11-07-2109) a Samsung 260 ltrs double door refrigerator in our house stopped working. We got a refrigerator mechanic through our plumber. The mechanic showed a receipt book from your company and went on to check the fridge. He said he needs two parts (genuine Samsung) costing Rs.1900 each with a service charge of Rs.150/-. When asked the names of spare parts, he said he will give me a receipt. He came back in the evening and quickly replaced the parts. I made him leave the packing and the old parts behind. When asked for the receipts of the spares he gave a reciept from your company (attached below), not Samsung receipt. Not wanting to create a scene, I just paid up and checked on the prices of the spares (photos attached). They were below Rs1000/- both put together. I had a conference call with the owner of the company(?) through the plumber (He gave and the name as Sreenivas)and the person on the phone defended the mechanic without giving any good reason. I suspect this is a group of cheats.
