Worst ever in terms of Quality of product and Post Delivery Service. The attitude of Owner and Manager stoops to record lows. Firstly they don't keep up with their time of delivery. They delay it by more than 2 weeks. Next, their product quality is horrible. We purchased a sofa (3 seater + 1 seater + diwan). The Foam wore off within 3 weeks. We could hardly use it now. When called and asked, there is no response either from manager and owner. They purposefully delay post delivery services and ask us to adjust with the defective product. Furniture Point has been a standard manufacturer and I have never come across a quality issue for the beautiful sofa (3+2) set which I had bought during 2010 . Also the service is very good.

Furniture Point has many well skilled worker in the store.they have good number of furniture items available always in the store and they can take order also and they make the furniture items as demanded by the customer.they make bed,table,dinning table chair etc.latest designs are available in the store at affordable prices.

Generally good, although paying for items is a bit frustrating as you have to go up and downstairs and its time consuming.
