Very bad service!!!!!!!!! I have been following up with them for past 2 days and all they are saying it is on priority where the package was promised 2 days back and still not delivered.

30 years of working with logistic providers in India and the Worst ever experience with the Whitefield Gati Branch Used their services for a short period of 12 months and experienced repeated damages of goods sent thru them In spite of bringing the matter to their notice the branch does not bother at all , bringing down the Brand value of Gati to ashes On discontinuing business from them they make false claims on outstanding dues and harres the client in lieu to cheat them . So much so that they withheld our shipments for the last 2 months and refuse to give us the stocks which was received in our name . All this was because they were making claims of 6 lakhs and not sharing correct ledger accounts where in our books clearly showed a due amount of only 3 lakhs . On final acceptance of accounts by them they are making claims of 44000 as demurrage for the stocks THEY HAVE WITHHELD FOR THEIR OWN REASONS Highly unprofessional and biggest Cheats of the industry ,. I am shock
