I have hired a maid from hexabuddy for my daughter. later slowly she started to come late and throwing tantrums. but she is not ready to listen also using foul words. Half of the time she is on her phone speaking with her boyfriend. My daughter accidentally clicked a picture on phn.. she was doing video call also.. without my knowledge or permission she is showing my daughter to any guy. Which I hated the most.... I hv a medical emergency at home so I asked her not to take any leave for this month... But next day she told me she wants to go to her house for half hour..and she is not even ready to tell me the reason & she came after 3hours. Next day in the morning she called and said as i went in the noon and it was too hot so I am not feeling good so couldn't come even if she was sounding perfectly ok.i said no for leave and atleast do the morning work and go early.. but she said you look for another maid rudely. Spoke with the owner.He said i cannot do anything if she is taking leave.

Pathetic Services.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR Doesn't respond on time....never pickup call... They don't address and complain against maid....rather they Doesn't have any mechanism for any complain....even complain like maid stole money from my home. Very unprofessional and Pathetic
