As per the deal the decoration was to be done with real flowers (roses and others) but all they used was plastic/artificial flower. We requested for a Sofa and all we got was a pair of decent chair. Also, have requested for a pedestal/stand Fan, however they failed to arrange the same. We spoke about the LED lights but they provided only 2 normal/halogen lights and that too somehow managed. The food got delayed by almost an hour and we provided our conveyance to brought the same. They were supposed to put ballons but they didn't use a single ballon. They promise a lot but they are not able to deliver. Overall I had a pathetic experience with the decorator and would suggest the service seekers to better evaluate other options.

Firstly apologies for the inconvenience caused. But then we must clarify our position that at the budget you made available to us the level of services expected are unfair and impossible. Also you failed to make the exact requirements clear so as the terms could be discussed at that point. Balloons at an engagement party is not expected from any decorator and we were just following our aesthetic sensibilities. Catering absolutely not being our responsibility or in the contract is hence not my concern. So I
