My iphone 5 was not rebooting. Even after charging its not switching on. I gave it to this IOS smart care service. They looked into it and said it costs Rs.1250 to place a software update and they said it would by ready within 2 hours. Even after calling them several times, they gave me the mobile after 5 hours. I was shocked after getting mobile. They did the factory reset and updated it to IOS 9. By hence all my data, files, photos got erased. Worst part is I haven't taken any back up through itune since a year. For this they charged 1250. Anybody who uses iphone knows how to do software update and factory reset. More over their response for my questions so cruel and violence. I dont recommend this shop at all. They even don't have the basic courtesy on how to respect and value a customer.
