They are fooling the customers never go. I had very bad and tiring experience with them. First of all they will never let you know your device status. And when you will go there their favourite word we are still diagnosing. JUST to hear that I had to travel from Whitefield to koromangala. They never give any update. I gave my MacBook Air for LCD replacement and the LCD which they fixed was already damaged. They never let me know about that. While giving laptop they didn't even inform me. They played like a fully trained fraudster here. Very bad experience I will say if you wanna save your time Monet and energy never go to iservice.. BIG NO...

They are the real cheaters.my screen was broken 1 and half months back, n I've replaced screen from these guys, they charged 7700rupess for replacing the display. Witin 1 week my touch was not working and i called and inform the customer service team, i called thrice and they told dey will get back to me, but they never called me back, since i was in my native i couldnt go to the service center.Within one month my display was broken Again, I didn't drop it down, I just kept in my pocket., wen I went to the iservice kormanagala, the receptionist girl and the sales head lakshmi was rude, the give one year warranty for other damage,before fixing the screen, wen i asked them to check at least touch pad, they refused, the customer service is very poor.. and more over wen i went to authorised service centre after seeing the display replaced by iservice , they informed that it's a very cheap product which you get in local market( national market) of vt store which will cost you 2000 rupees for the screen. They are real cheaters.dont go to this service centre n get cheated.. am planning to file a consumer complaint against this company, if ur cheated if ur interested in filing a consumer complaint kindly get back at diyafernandez10@gmail.com, u can carry your invoice copy and the display.

Absolutely pathetic experience! Worst quality repair parts are provided. False promises. Cheats customers. Poor service.

GUYS DONT EVER TRY THIS THEY WILL JUST GYP YOU OF HARD EARNED MONEY, go to apple care and get it fixed even if it costs the earth????????????

worst experience,Prasun is right,These guys are chat.!I gave my macbook pro for repair.They said that there has battery and fan issue.They asked me do you want to change battery and fan or just give service charge(1200).I told him to change those parts.I payed them in advance 4000 from 115000after 2 days when I went and then they said there is no battery issue may be there is some motherboard issue.I asked them how much time will you guys take.They said it will 7-8 days.I asked him just give my laptop and put old battery and change fan total cost was 2500 now they were asking me 3700.When I asked so they said we told there is mother board and you are not repairing us.even they dont know there is issue in mother board or not.these guys are cheat .dont bring your precious device to iservice(kormangala , banglore atleast)
