JG Cabs BTM Layout Bangalore

Pathetic! Recently we booked a cab to airport from BTM through JG cabs The amount agreed upon was Rs 1200 and we asked them to be at our point at 10.45 PM. The cab came half an hour late at 11.15 PM.We had specifically asked for a cab with carrier and to our surprise we find that the cab they sent doesn't have a carrier and there is no place to keep our luggage. We called their office and the person who picked the phone doesn't even have to courtesy to say sorry and he says that he would send a replacement cab and that we have to pay him Rs 1300.It was already late for us ,we still had some arguments but we had no other option at that point of time and just to go in that cab and decided to stop using their cabs anymore.He knows that we were helpless at that time and he is bargaining for more money than the agreed upon amt of RS 1200.How can anybody trust these type of cab service where you opt for the cabs at midnight to airport.Please don't use their cab service.
