360° Yoga Temple Rakkesh Pathak (Founder/ Yoga Consultant) I Rakkesh Pathak founder and owner of the 360 degree yoga temple. I am a Certified yoga teacher from “The Yoga Institute”. Also mastered the following arts – Hatha, Vinsaya Flow, Ashatang, and Traditional Yoga from various schools across India. I am teaching yoga since 2011 in all parts of Mumbai and Rewa (M.P.). In my early days, I was a part of the busy corporate world, working in Media. But something didn’t feel right, wether it was the motivation or the enthusiasm which was lacking. My work was not helping me find the real peace and satisfaction.So I started practicing Yoga and soon it left no stones unturned, I found peace, relaxation & motivation . It never occurred to me that it’ll become the substantial part of my life that its become now. This was it! the turning point of my life.So, I decided to quit Media in order to get deeply attached to this wonderful peace of art. Because “Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be” Various Forms I’d teach:- Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashathanga yoga, Traditional yoga (For senior citizens). Conducting classes at :- Corporates, Ngos, Private, Group, Acting School and beach/outdoor yoga sessions. 360 Yoga Temple and NGO:- 360 Yoga temple is attached to many NGOs where I teach yoga and pranayama only because- The body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in.
