Why buy from someplace else when you got the best here along with excellent service and advice , it's been 4 years now have purchased 4 water heaters of Morphy Richards lavo with 10 hear tank guarantee and 4 years heating element , we had a problem with the product after exactly 3 years and 10 months after contacting Morphy Richards and raising complaints they discarded our requests on repair or replacement , we then contacted gyan from jv electricals who followed up with Morphy Richards on the issue , they took care of the problem in 2-3 days and made sure we got a replacement for the unit .
