Recently bought Access 125 Ride Connect edition.. extremely good behavior and the RM Rahul has been in touch continuously through out the process also I requested to give me delivery on 14th Feb as a gift to my wife on valentines day and they went extra miles to give me the delivery 3 days prior to the mentioned date. Extremely happy and highly recommend. This is just the new vehicle buying experience so cant comment on service as I have not done my first service yet.. Happy buying folks

This is a height of bad service by kiran suzuki workshop thane. I have gixxer and i'm continuosly telling them to bring one chain kit for my gixxer from last one month. And they are just delaying to get the part and every week i call them they give me bullshit excuse about delay in part. If workshop wont b able to help me with parts of bike then can i expect other dealers to get the part from me. Worst worst worst experience from kiran suzuki ghodbunder thane workshop. Ridiculous this is. Will never suggest any1 to purchase suzuki's bike. Seriously.

good service quite supportive staff

Not at all good service.!! They will make customers to do a lot of unwanted things at the time of service. I am having an issue with my bike's engine after second service onwards and I have been running behind this since long. Its been 3 months moreover my third service has come and I haven't got my complain resolved yet. Finally I had to give my bike to some other service centre.
