Kroma - The Electronic Service Store attended our Godrej Oven actually for a general service but finally they found a fault with one of the parts and replaced it. So the bill was 2000Rs. We do feel we paid a costly bill but are contented with their servicing

I am very satisfied with the service of Kroma, I got a prompt response , my Onida TV wasn't giving the proper colors and they fixed the problem , though I paid 3000rs a bit high but I am happy with the response and work done.

I called the Kroma service store,Ulsoor to service our Videocon refrigerator.They have refilled the gas in it and gave me a bill of Rs.1400.Now the fridge is working fine and I am happy with the work done by them.

Our Refrigerator is not working properly with noise coming frequently. Kroma have inspected the fridge and have given us the estimated cost. Since its vacation for the kids we remain out of station once we are back we would get it done through them. They seem to be professional people

There was no clear vision or sound in our Sharp TV. So we have hired Kroma for servicing the TV. Within a short time they attended and cleared the problem at the cost of 1500Rs. Now we are able to view our TV without any problem

Samsung TV had some issue with the IC.We have serviced it from the Kroma,Ulsoor.They did a good work and the engineer also charged me very much genuinely.
