In my Whirlpool refrigerator the water was leaking. Immediately I got a response from this service centre. He came within one hour and rectified the issue properly. Charges were around Rs.1850 including service charge too. I'm fully satisfied with his service.

There was a minor problem with my Electrolex refrigerator so that i approached this dealers to service it. The cost which they quoted from me was around Rs.3,600. Work was completed within 2 days but still it is not getting cooled and they had not provided bill for this servicing. Very poor service provided by this people.

Do not go with this service...<br/>More than service they do not keep the word what they say during first time.<br/>I contacted this service for my Refrigerator service and one person came (Nagarathnam). He did the service and paid Rs.1500. He told 6 months warranty for the work. Refrigerator working fine for 2 weeks and after that same issue came again (no cooling). I called him back and he came and told chemical cleaning to be done and he charged additional Rs.1000 for 15ml chemical!!. Again I got this same problem after 2 months. I called him again and He totally changed the statement that only 3 months warranty was given. For me even 7 days left for 3 months the day which i called again !!!, but he told that he cannot come for free. <br/>They just doing work for purely money and do not keep their words....<br/><br/>Siva..

Cooling issue in my LG fridge. I approached this service centre for the repair. One person came from here and did the service. He charged me Rs.1400 for the work and it was costly which he charged me. Overall all the service was average.

Food items was getting spoilt as my Godrej fridge was not working. It had some cooling problem, these people have serviced and replaced some parts in it. I'm glad with their service. Cost was around Rs.850.
