Do not believe on the 5 star reviews given here in Google. These are the accounts which are made by them and are giving 5 stars to their ownself. They all are false reviews. Mr Kesav K is a cheater,fraudster. Its more than 6 years since this man has not refunded my money and now I am going to file a case against him and he will have to give me double the amount of money. And to all those who have been cheated by him plz file cases in consumer court. Let this man know the power of consumers. And all those who are planning to invest here, DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE. The owner KESAV K IS A THIEF and his COMPANY IS FAKE. And Kesav K if you are reading this beware now, God is watching you! You have messed with the wrong person!

I have purchased three sites at Nandana Residency phase3 in the month of JUly'15 and since than i am following for the below documents at your kumar park office which i failed to get response till date, So can you please instruct Mr.Madhu/Nagaraj to address my issue immediately.<br/>1.Maxworthy E-Khata – Missing in the set of documents which you have provided before registration. Due to non availability of your e-khata, I am not able to apply for my Khata.<br/>2.Tax paid received for the period 2012-15 <br/>3.Encumbrance Certificate for the period 1.4.2014 to 30.8.2015<br/>4.No update on current progress report on the Layout.<br/> <br/>Infact today i have forwarded my this trailing mail to info@maxworthrealty.com. I have already booked a flat here. The reason is that there is not much habitation there. Therefore, the area is a clean slate. Construction seems to be good.
