Front office managemenrt is not so good, as patients coming far from remote area are not allow to confirm their appointment for consultation over telephone, as such they have to spent whole day for a single visit.... There are so many hospital and clinic where appointment can be booked over telephone. B.L. Sharma

From Medinova Hospital I had taken a general consultation…they have been very considered to the patients,the hospital atmosphere and infrastructure was very good..the doctor gave good treatment and prescribed best medicines..i am satisfied

Visited this Medinova Lab,to take blood test…they having latest equipment and the lab environment was quite good…they have charged approximately 1200 amount for the test and immediately the reports were provided..

Went to this clinic for the General check up. The treatment from this clinic is good. They charged me the nominal amount for the treatment. Satisfied with the clinic for the treatment.

Went to them just for a check up. Their service was very good and they charged RS 500 for the check up. The doctor guided very well about the health and I am satisfied with their service.
