Don't ever use their service. They replaced a couple of parts in my Samsung refrigerator saying that it was original and charged me 1200rs for that,excluding the service charge. The parts didn't even last for an hour. There was a burning smell after which I checked to see that parts and the wire had all burnt.I immediately called up the guy but he straightaway refused to admit his mistake and said it was not his problem. Then the next day I called up the Samsung service centre, the technician came and replaced the same but original parts and charged me only 298rs along with 3 months warranty! And he was like the burnt local parts shouldn't have cost more than 200rs. So please don't use their service,they are just fooling people around.

There was a problem in the washing machine, so I contacted this center .they came and checked that there was a issue in the panel board .2000 was paid to sort out the issues.then also there arises many problem in the machine.so I sold out and got a new one.it was a good service from them .

Approached this people to service my Washing Machine . Mainly i gave them to repair the major problem in my Washing Machine . They charged me Rs 2000 for the overall service. It was a good service rendered by them.

Very poor sulekha...i have for long been using this...and many other service sites...why have you blocked me from using the services?I have used it for services only in the past.Whats the meaning of this???

Facing some problem in my washing machine so contacted this business for replace it.They have charged me Rs.4000 for the service while they returned it back they damaged my back cover in my machine,so contacted for the replacing they didn’t response.Worst response from them.
