We had a major issue in our Washing mch. Was not sure who to contact as there were so many num on internet, called Roshan and they cam immediately from Yeswanthpur to Marthahalli in late evening. They were able to diagnose the issue easily compared to LG authorized personal. Asked us to change the required components after which the machine is working fine. LG guy was asking us to sell the machine and buy new one. RK guys came the next day again and fixed all the issues, there was not need to take the mch to their center. Really Happy with their service with reasonable pricing. Bhushan

I had a small issue in my washing machine. I contacted this service center. They came on time and done the work. They completed within few minutes. They charged Rs 150. Now it's working fine and am very much satisfied with the service.

There was a water inlet valve problem with my Samsung Washing machine , so i contacted this people. They sent one service technician and they completed within 2 hours.They charged me Rs 4350 and replaced IC board. Though i felt it was high price otherwise their service was good.I'm satisfied with their service.
