Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

We have booked a Mini bus from this safari travels and they sent a unrepaired bus which got stuck in middle of the 1st day journey and and amount which we gave for diesel and Advance too wasted bus provider name Arun said he will refund some 2k for which has happened and bus owner says he will send one more bus otherwise wait till the bus repairs but bus took to repair one whole day,Inspite we arranged local Tempo traveler and we resumed our Journey, Please Don't go for B**ch Travel operators they not fit for doing business instead scam people..

We had booked a bus from safari tours and travels one month in advance for Shakileshpur trip. They were prompt in sending the bus details as soon as I posted the requirement in sulekha, after looking at safari tours and travels bus pics and other details we paid the advance & then a day before the trip they send the details of some other tours and travels with decent pics. The bus they sent for the trip was more like bullock cart on 4 wheels. It was cruising through the 4 lane highway at snails pace with sounds from every part. Please do not go by the ratings of safari tours and travels in sulekha. Inspite of telling them multiple times that this was a for a well known MNC trip they never bothered to send a decent bus.

It was 2 nd oct. Advance booking of one day tour to Balmuri falls and Shivana Samudra. These 2 stars are for the driver Chandrashekar. He was good at driving and co operative. First conact was M/S Jyothi. She promised decent bus. I was promised bus no KA51-AB 4622 by the operator Chandrappa the previous day. Next day a different bus arrived . Bus KA51- D 2287 by name Annapoorneshwari . Bus had already done 1,86,000 and odd KMs. Bus was dirty poorly maintained. Pretty old. I did fix at Rs 29 per KM ( 30 seater non AC) which was at par or good rate. When i complained, Mr Chandrappa said " what is wrong with the bus "?. The driver was strugling to change gears. Mysore road was good but every bus was overtaking us. We reached late to Balmuri falls and hence dropped Shivana samudra . Instead we went to KRS and returned. I organized and felt bad for my unit which suffered . The operator just romped in some dirty bus. DR Chethan Bhandary. Friends, please give the right feedback.
