I searched for monthly office pick up and drop cab service. List of service providers was displayed. I called this service provider named Saurabh Thakur of "Sai Tour & Travels, Sadar, Nagpur" on July 1, 2019. He asked me for address proof and deposit money. I sent him my driving license scanned copy and paid him advance ?1000/- using one of the online payment system. But even after doing all the procedure, the cab was not sent for two days consecutively and now he is not returning advance amount paid. Everytime when I ask him to return advance he says he will return shortly and it's been 15 days he is not returning my amount. Saurabh Thakur's Contact Number is +919595556140 and his other contact number on which he asks for online payment is Priyantsingh Thakur +919881135311. Hope other innocent people doesn't get into this trap of fraud cab service of Saurabh Thakur.
