Really unsatisfied, I doubt if I'm actually dealing with the Samsung company. Taken a refrigerator a month back, a week after installing rises a problem, so placed request for replacement which gets approved after 3 visits from their so called authorities assuring me 1 week time for replacement. And a month goes away, no one to contact and respond. Whenever I give a call, just one answer I get... your request is in process.. Is this what we as customers are expecting Look into the matter immediately and take action -Samsung.

The power supply board in my Samsung TV had some issue, I got it overhauled from this centre for Rs.2500. Their response and service was prompt.

There was display issue on the Samsung Tv for which I contacted this authorized service centre, these guys took one day for repairing and charged me Rs.28000 for screen replacement and Rs.8000 as service charge.
