Incomplete and Disappointing Service

The driver and conducted both are arrogant and I have booked it from pune to wardha . Ticket was booked... When journey started they said that they cannot go through wardha. They dropped me in mid of samruddhi highway near wardha. They give me incomplete and disappointing service. I suggest don't go by it.

Service Not Up to the Mark!

No Co-operation for rescheduling

I was travelling from Nagpur to Surat. 30 April 2017 @ 5:00 pm. I booked Sanjay Travels and boarded my bus from Nagpur. When I have got my seat then I realize that seat was so dusty that when I kept my Hand, Mobile Goggle and charger and it gets immediately dusty and even my Trouser which was brand new. Then I request to Bus Driver and Conductor to either change my seat or keep it clean before you leave for Surat. But they directly refuse to do it and they have arrogantly said that to use my bedsheet or towel to put into their sit cover and sleep well. They had told me that this is NON-AC bus and You won't get clean bus or seat cover to travel. YOU HAVE TO ADJUST. Then I decided to call Senior Management or Owner and I have asked contact no. of bus owner and they hand over me one visiting card in which they have mentioned Bus owner name. His surname was Patel. He also arrogantly said me that you are travelling by NON AC bus so you can't expect clear services.

Please don't even think to board a bus from Sanjay travels.. I booked two tickets from shirdi to pune in Sanjay travels.. It was scheduled to depart at 4.20 in the morning.. No one picked the call at

Sanjay Travel's service is too bad, they change your booked seat at any time. I was suffering with this, I was traveling from Amaravati to Pune. I booked seat no. D1, D2 in Sanjay travel Nagpur (36 sitter luxury) Timing from Amaravati is 6.30Pm from Power house Amaravati. Suddenly they changed my booked seat and shifted me in "Shrifal" another travel on last seat. Our journey was too bad, I have my wife and 1 year baby boy with me in the journey. I paid 700 rupees per person ticket for Sanjay travel and they shifted me 500 rupees per person bus. I lost my 300+ money. Please help how and where I file my complained. I am planning to complain this in Consumer conplained office. Sanjay travel is fraud.
