Horrible experience with this service center. Totally a waste of time and money. My fridge was not working after a power cut, SS aircool sent a service guy who came and changed 2 tiny parts for 950 bucks. The process took hardly 5 minutes. I was charged a service fee of 500 bucks. He asked me to pay a total bill of 1450/- After few hours, the fridge stopped working. I made numerous calls to the service guy to come and check. The service guy was very unprofessional and did not turn up for days. When I called the service center, the staff kept asking me the reason every time I called them. This was very frustrating and time consuming. Its been 2 weeks now, they have not sent a service person to repair the fridge yet. very unhappy with the way it has been handled by the center and I feel cheated out of my money.

I had recently taken up a service with them. Please be aware they cheat and charge more. I had called to fix up the problem the very next day after installation. They have not turned up yet.

I procured a Hitachi Ac fro this business. I paid them Rs. 6000 for the product and they did the installation perfectly. Within a day the installation work was done. I'm feeling happy to have their service. <br/>
