IT is a fraud company. Stay away from it. Its owner Lingraj never shows up while making any agreement. For their Swiss Sunshine project They told more sq ft and ameneties in less money and starting the project in one month. took the booking amount and after some time shut their office and went into hiding. Took many people money upto Rs4-3 corore. Now police case going with Lingraj to recover money. Lingraj bribing Bangalore police with Rs2 lakhs. To all future property buyers stay away from Swiss Constructions. and don't get carried away with ads on 99acres.com,propertywala.com, and magicbrics.com as they don't check the validity of the buliders. You have do the hard work youself and and not depend on internet sites. Don't get carried away by more amenities and less money. Becareful in property dealing
