Everything was perfect until I did my payment of 25k for a dining table set, they are very much customer oriented, helped choosing the dining table set etc, table set reached on time, then the pain started, tried reaching them on the contact number of Teak N Oak, Urapakkam where I bought the dining table set to assemble the set, I tried more than 18 times to reach them in the land line and mobile, no one picked the call, even if they picked the call they couldn’t hear my voice, then I myself assembled the dining table, the chairs where little complex to assemble, hence had to wait for them to call me next day to assemble. Finally the set was assembled. It didn’t ended there, after 4 months one of the dining tables leg had a thick crack, from then onwards visited the show room for 15 times now, Godly manger had promised every time when I go there that the issue will be resolved same day or by the same week, issue haven’t been solved yet continued in next message …

I have another news which is worst then earlier. Just today I called my Mom and I came to know that the Single bed (teak wood) just broke down as my Mom was sitting on it. I am really frustrated about the quality of the bed they delivered. Good thing nothing happened to my Mom except she is shocked. I have the bills with me and going to talk to them for a replacement. I sincerely ask common innocent people to stay away from these mongers.?
