Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

these people are no 1 cheaters and fraud in their services, they are big liars, they take booking and they won't pickup the call, they will spoil your entire trip. Mahatesh and their team is big liers. Even after contacting their office team on these issues, they haven't responded back yet. They have spoiled our entire trip. Be careful to book their service. The owner manjunath also looks like a big fraud, he agreed to call back on the issue and no calls and they are not even picking the calls now, they are not even showing the interstate tax paid receipt which request during the trip but till date they have not provided this, don't trust this company.

Hired a Tempo traveler for two days outstation trip. The service was very good I am satisfied with their service. The vehicle condition was good and they are providing the on-time service. It was a 16 seater capacity traveler. They charged me around 25000 for two days trip. Overall, I'm satisfied with their prompt service and response.

We had to hire the Van & tempo rental services for outstation purpose. So took the vehicle from this Tours & Travels. The vehicle condition was excellent and the driver is also flexible. I paid 19 rupees per kilometer nearly 1000 kilometers for that totally i paid 19000.It was a three days outstation trip.. We are comfortable and happy about this trip...

Please BEWARE with ALL 4 & 4+ RATED reviews most of them are PAID except some exceptions and it has nothing to do with real experience. Sorry to them who is going to opt TEJAS TRAVELS SERIVES for their upcoming trips, I have no option to select a half star or give NEGATIVE RATING so selecting single star. I wish, I could have option to give NEGATIVE RATING... :( I WOULD STRONGLY URGE ALL INTELLIGENT GUYS/GROUPS NOT TO OPT TEJAS TRAVELS BANGALORE for any of their trip because WE HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE in RECENT PAST AND FACED LOT OF MISBEHAVIOR, IN-COORDINATION, RUDENESS etc. from their DRIVER (Named MURALI) and the TEJAS TEAM. Our story and travel time was quite long so can't write everything here. 1. We had booked TEJAS Travel's BUS for 10 days but they provided us Tempo Traveler which was unexpected for all of us that too with WORST SEAT condition and NO PROPER CLEANING. 2. Their DRAMA started right from Bangalore AIRPORT but we had no option so all of us had to bear our mistake

Hired a 16 seater vehicle for a day and traveled from Bangalore to Baikonda. The driver arrived on time and it was a safe journey. they billed Rs.9500 for the rental. it was a good service.
