Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount

The driver Barath was very IMPOLITE and used DISRESPECTFUL words! I'm very dissatisfied, disappointed and upset with his unprofessional behaviour and service! We went to Pondicherry and there, he just sends his current location which is like 2 min drive by car and asks us to walk to the car when he should drive it to to us, we waited at that point for like 15 min and only then did he come when the drive was only 2 mins to our point. He also asked me extra money than what was commited. I repeated him what was agreed upon and be started to get angry at me for not giving more money than what was originally agreed upon! Also I paid him for 2 days service but he only provided me 1 and half day! And be also gets very prickly and starts arguing and shouting when I told him the route which I wanted to take! OVERALL I WOULD SAY SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY BAD! SPOILED MY DAY , TOTALLY UNWORTHY OF THE MONEY I PAID , PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HIM
