I'm sorry to say that I'm not satisfied with the service as my Parcel which was booked in May has not reached its destination even after 2 months and also there is no response from the Agency.I was falsely assured that the parcel will reach in ten days , and the Agency charged more than what they had quoted .Even after two months the parcel has not reached.I'm disappointed.

Only 3 suitcases I have send from Mumbai to Bangalore through this logistics. They have delivered the things in 3-4 days and they have charged reasonable price. There were no damages on my goods. I am impressed by their job.
