This centre is very good.. I am going to this centre from last 2 yrs.. It has become nw my habit... Yoga has made me very flexible n energetic. Mrs . Madhu Pal is really good she is a yoga therapist help in curing disease Learning yoga here is very simple n easy.. I m nw addictive to yoga ..
