Ashis Mondal is a famous artist based in Kolkata, India, who aims to nurture the artistic talent of people through his art school. He was born in Kolkata in the year 1978 and passed B.F.A in the year 2001 from Indian College of Art & Draftsmanship (Rabindra Bharati University). He specialises in offering classes on Oil Painting, Sketching, Canvas Painting, Acrylic Painting, Water Painting, Sculpting, etc. Up to 2016, Ashis Mondal has organised various Group Exhibitions in India & Abroad. Also, there were two Solo Exhibitions between fifteen years. In the past few years, he has done different types of work, but he mostly prefers to do a conceptual kind of work. Ashis Mondal has received the best oil painting award at the Indian Art College Annual Function.
