Absolutely unprofessional behavior on the part of sales representatives, don't waste your money with these people.

Please do no the fooled by their fancy website like I did! You believe you are paying for unlimited revisions but they will tell you when your resume is final and refuse to put in any effort after. This whole process has taken me more than 2 months because they would not respond in a timely manner. The writers do not use correct grammar and the supervisor Rashmi, advised me that in India the grammar doesn?t matter! She was very unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. The staff is extremely incompetent to do the work; even the final resume I received from them had improper formatting with missing information! At the end, I just had to do the work myself; I have asked for a refund but they have refused. Please do not waste your time or money on this company!

SCAM! Taking benefit of people who aren't confident enough in content writing. They feed you with absolute unusable content. They take your money, waste your time and in the end present you with absolute . I can't stress enough how unhappy I am. Please don't judge them by their over the top website and false claims. The end result is worse than what a freelancer might be able to provide. I asked for an SOP for which they gave me a vague essay about myself without any purpose. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY IN ADVANCE.
