Excellent Service

Very very good treatment centre. Here treatment is being done for all the disease except heart and cancer I have availed treatment for lower the creatinine level and back pain.

Worst place worst untrained staff..waste of time and money. In fact they assure of returning the money but chasing since last one year ...no result. Service is very sub standard

Unbelievable and ridiculous service. Gave appointment at 5pm and reconfirmed the appointment time atleast 6 times and finally when I reached almost close to the clinic , they called me and said that dr sandeepan chakrabharty is not coming to hospital due to heavy rain. They themself called me at 4 pm and said that my appointment is confirmed.but why sudenly the great Dr denied to come to clinic then? The staffs who handle the appointment is v lethergicaly saying "wat can we do if Dr denies" ??? What kind of answer is this? (I took permision in my office and traveled all over from sapoorji to ultadanga to meet this great Dr after struggling in kolkata mansoon ) what do they think about patients? They don't have a courtesy to inform us ? It's really pathetic service.

DON'T GET FOOLED BY HIM. All he cares about is money. Has the same medicine for everyone. Medicines are not working. Bad behavior..
