Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I also have very bitter experience with Dr. Chandrima Paul. At first day of my visit just after measuring my pressure and doing some test she confirmed that I have Glaucoma. She also start eye-drop and ask me to visit almost each alternate week. Every time I come she said your pressure is not getting controlled and adding extra dose. After 4 to 5 months she advice to operate my eye and each time I ask for any explanation she try to ignore by saying 2-3 words. When she advice for operation, I decided to take 2nd opinion and when I take advice of other doctor I just surprised what they said. They said your eye is normal, pressure is also under control and you don't have Glaucoma. Thanks to God that I manage to escape in right time.

I had some irritation in my eyes due to which I went for eye check on 18th April at BB Eye foundation. I got an appointment from Dr. Chandrima Paul who after doing the diagnosis advised me for three eye test. She said that laser treatment need post those three test. I went on 26th April to do those test and medical attendant told me that laser treatment needs to be done first or three test and laser can be done on the same day. As I was was not sure why test would be done after laser treatment I wanted to speak to the doctor. Mentioned below are the communication after I and my father entered her chamber. Doctor- Please tell me in short what you want to know. Do not elaborate. Me- Doctor, I want to know why test needs to be done post laser treatment. First day when I came we had a different communication. Doctor - If you want to know this, then you need to have a MBBS degree. These test are useless without laser treatment. You can do one test, then laser then rest of the two test. Me- Will it be painless if I do the laser now ? Will there be any consequence after after this laser treatment (as I was bit scared)? Doctor - Accidents can happen. When you go out, do you know weather you will face road accident or not ? Finally after these conversations we came out of the chamber and from the clinic also. This was certainly a rude behaviour and unprofessional approach from a doctor. My worst experience with a doctor till date.

Eye check up was done from this eye clinic. Their service was very good as the doctors were very cooperative and friendly. They charged RS 500 for the check up. Last time it was RS 400. But the service is satisfactory.

Checked my eye power in this hospital. The hospital had fine facilities and infrastructure and they made the preliminary eye check up and the doctor prescribed specs. The consultation fees were normal.

Did my eye check up from this clinic. Their service was very good and they took the check up very well. They charged around Rs 500 for it. It was a great service offered by them.
