Thoroughly unprofessional staff, illiterate behaviour by the pests and rodents of this company.<br/>This company is a fraud and cheat. Users, pls beware and do not enter into any AMC with Debug360 Pune. They will take the money upfront and will not provide you any service for the rest of the year. I have been fraudulently cheated by entering into AMC with this rodent company. Inspite of calling them several times during the year no one ever turned up. Upon expiry of the contract, the owner will arrogantly speak to you about not reminding them for pest control at your place. Further he will claim for not possessing any records of their customers and i have been informed by the owner that it is not their duty to remind customers for quarterly AMC service.<br/>Debug360 Pune needs to perform a pest control within their own premises.

For my home I want pest control service for the issue of cockroaches and i got details of Debug 360,they had responded me about their quotations which was approximately Rs800 for one time,I am in touch with them.soon i will be doing this service.

I did not used Debug 360 service as they were high in charges and there conditions did not match my requirements but they had responded me fast and in a good way,in future if I require again this service I may contact them for sure.

Flat is in Aundh Pune nearly 1000 sq ft,there is problem of wood borer in kitchen and loft,I needed quotation for injection & spray treatment for this problem so i got response from Debug 360,they had told the charges which I feel is nominal,I am in discussion with them,very soon I may use them for this work.

The pesticides which was given by Debug 360 Pest for my home area of 900 Sq Ft for the issue of bedbugs was not good and they also did not come for the 2nd service which is included in this treatment,they charged me Rs900 for their work.

I got response from Debug 360 Pest when I was searching for pest control service for the issue of bedbugs at my home 600 Sq Feet area,they told the charges will Rs900 for single service which was high price,so I did it manually myself.
