I am doing this pest control from godrej to ISS Hicare since last 8yrs. This time when I have praised about the service to many of my known people who would like to do the pest control in their houses, I have a bitter experience. In Delhi, they did not come for three occasions and people had to waste their leave waiting for them. I had no such experience till last july. But this time they did not come on the first appointment and called one hour after the schedule time is over, whether they can start to come. next time after hundred phone calls on the previous day as confirmatory, they turned up when I waited more than one hour and locking the house to go to my work. Obviously I had lost two halves of two working days and did not want to waste any more time as I have to travel 37 km to go to work. So obviously it shows that ISS HAS CHANGED HANDS OR MANAGEMENT THAT IS WHY THEY ARE SLUGGISH AND NONCOMPLIANT TO THEIR CLIENTS

Having to get rid of the cockroaches and termites we are doing lot of inquiries on the same. I.S.S Hi Care gave the right information and reasonable quotation. We are fine with their discussion and would engage them for the pest control.

we had done all types of pest control like cockroaches , termite , lizards etc for our office from ISS Hicare, we have taken a yearly contract with them of every month service and for each and every month they will charge Rs4000 . The persons who came do the service were well trained. It was a satisfactory service .
