It doesn't even worth one star. Thinking of flagging this page. Pathetic Food, bad catering service.. worst experience ever! We were a group of 200 ppl.. food was served with foul smells and bad odour..there was shortage of food.. Staff had no idea of wats goin on.. They didn't even provide mineral water bottle. There was a lot delay in packaging of parcel, as a result of which our VIPs didn't got to eat. Most of the extra foods didn't even lasted 1 night, as they smelt extremely bad, abnormal and foul odor. Hence, as a result of their food we had suffered from diarrhea. Pls think twice before going! its ur hard earned money! Most of our guest suffered food poisoning in the hands of this pathetic caterer. My guests complained me that they had loose motion and vomitting for the whole night. Even, they are planning to lodge a complain against the catering service.

Approximately for 1000 people I have ordered nonveg food from this catering service. It was for dinner and they have charged Rs.450 per plate. The food dishes were good and we enjoyed the taste of food very well.

We held birthday party in our home so ordered north Indian food for 45 people .It was for dinner and they had cost us Rs.24,000 totally .The food was very tasty and their service was excellent . Most of the food was wasted since the quantity of the items was more . So i will rate this as average service .

It was for marriage purpose we approached this caterers . We decided Bengali cuisine for dinner and we ordered almost 400 plates . Total it costed me Rs.1 lakh .The food was really tasty .Their staff who serviced us were well mannered and decently dressed. They reached the venue on time and did not waste any food. Almost all of my guests complimented the food. Highly recommended! <br/>

It holds true that Shanta’s Catering provide mouth watering dishes in a surprisingly affordable expense. Moreover they are excellent in providing services for small parties even. They did outstanding catering in my son’s birthday.

Thanks to shanta's catering services. Because of We received lots of compliments from our guest about the food and the servers were also in making sure the elderly didn't have to get up to get their food even though it was buffet style.
