Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

One of the worst service. Pest control team not fully aware of areas to target. They give warranty but don’t turn back after multiple follow up don’t call this vendor it’s a scam .

They are very good in services excellent staff very polite and coordinating team while shifting the house is very hassle to us but if like kind of this guys Specific Relocations done a very good job our total experience was Hassle Free thanks

It was a fantastic service given by specific relocations. Boys were very well trained & skilled. They have expertise in house hold shifting & you can sit relax while relocation. Special thanks to Akram for all his hard work, cooperation & service.

This is the worst service provider i have come across. Service is pathetic and the staff is highly irresponsible people. I had booked a job for intercity package and movement in bangalore on May1st 2017. It was booked a week before and all the pick up was scheduled and a confirmation was provided. But just the day before the pickup schedule, the Packers and movers(Specific Packers) call me and inform that EZmove has provided wrong address and they wont provide the service to my locality and he asks me to contact ezmove. When try to contact EZmove, they never pick up the call. Finally i was left in a position where i had to make my own arrangements and do all the Work. Go ahead and book in EZMOVE and SPECIFIC PACKERS AND MOVERS if you want to get the shock the day before schedule and do it all by yourself. After 2 days, executive from EZMOVE (AVINASH- 7030946754 from OPS Team and SURYA- 7030625757 from Sales team) they state that the vendor rejected stating the quoted price was less.

Planning to move house hold things in Within City . I contacted this packers. I got good response from them. they sent 4 members for shifting and done the work very neat,proper,and careful. they charged me rs.7000. No damages scratches on my goods. I am fully satisfied and happy with their service.

One of the most unprofessional relocation services I have experienced. The only time someone in the company was professional when they came home for the estimation. I am listing down instances - The packing was lousy, I have had too many things damaged. One of the mirrors were packed without any padding so Imagine their dedication or common sense. - Thankfully we had packed all our crockery. The boxes are barely labelled. I had more than 10 kitchen boxes and 15 miscellaneous boxes. - They do not have any supervisors, while packing or unloading - at the time of the estimation i was told pay 70% upfront and remaining only after full satisfaction of the service. - later they will tell you that its 70% of the basic service charge. You have to pay the tax and insurance in full. - post the horrible service I called the manager Akram who by the way is all talks with no commitment to service. He actually implied I was cheap because I was trying to avoid paying the amount. - They did not pay the poor laborers who were told I would pay them, so I didnt have a choice other than paying the entire amount. - I had to fight and beg for even the basic of things. The genius manager had told me that their staff would unpack everything, but they did not even bring a paper knife with them. I realized they were underpaid and were never told to unpack - Only upon request they put together our cots and I realized that the person who had packed the cots had misplaced one of the nuts. Now I have no way of using this cot because I wont get that particular nut anywhere. - We had to literally go through multiple boxes to figure where our things are. - They damaged my TV cabinet, Almirah, multiple crockery, a cloth hanging stand - These guyz are just a joke in the name of packer and movers. I told Akram that his people were doing a bad job while packing because the guy dropped one of our very expensive chinese vases and was absolutely unapologetic. There was no supervisor with them who normally labels the boxes etc., but for everything they would say 'Dont worry everything will be alright'. - Luckily i had made sure to supervise the packing of all the expensive thing like the TV and computer monitors etc., - The worst part of the experience is the indifference towards customers and utter lack of commitment of the staff in this company.
